NAECTE
The goal of the program is to promote the professional growth
of membership, to enhance, and facilitate early childhood faculty research and professional
development. They advocate for improvements in early childhood teacher education
and communication network for early childhood teachers educators.
One thing that caught my attention was the scholarships that
have been created in honor of certain people for students who are attending
college to help children. I feel that‘s a wonderful because a lot of students don’t
have the funds to attend college.

ReplyDeleteThe organization that you chose, NAECTE is a very popular one. You should be able to find a lot of useful resources. I also agree that the scholarships are a great idea, because funding for college is becoming more and more scarce. Thanks for your post, it was short, sweet and to the point.

I am looking forward to hearing more about what NAECTE has to offer professional. It is a site I may have to explore as I am always looking to expand my knowledge base. The scholarship aspect sounds like an added bonus to exploring the site, as well. I work for a scholarship program for early childhood professional to get there Associates degree and there is always a need for more.
